1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TidyPrompt, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These services are provided by Buzz Web Media. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the extension.
2User Obligations
As a condition of use, you agree not to:
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or alter the TidyPrompt software.
- Use the service for any illegal activities or to distribute malicious content.
- Circumvent any subscription levels or access controls.
- Interfere with or disrupt the servers or networks connected to the service.
3Intellectual Property
All software, code, designs, and original content within TidyPrompt remain the exclusive property of Buzz Web Media. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the extension for its intended purpose.
Limitation of Liability
"TidyPrompt is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. Buzz Web Media will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or chat history."
Payments & Cancellations
TidyPrompt offers various pricing tiers including free and premium subscriptions.
- Billing: Premium subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as specified during signup.
- Cancellations: Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time via the extension settings. Access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support within 7 days of a charge if you believe there was an error.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
